3t2 Custom Hair Help?

For some odd reason, I cannot get custom hairs to load properly in the TSR workshop. It just throws an exception. The mesh won't show, which kind of stumps me for trying to convert it. Does anyone have any advice?

Quick, random post before I go pass out for the night. I wanted to thank everyone so much for their support and birthday wishes. You guys are so amazing. I honestly wasn't expecting any happy birthdays and eek! Everyone on LJ, DW, & tumblr are just so sweet and I wanted to thank everyone for being super awesome. This community has its ups and downs, but you guys made my day a more special just by saying hi and just...thank you for that. :3

Zombie Scare Over....?

Hi guys,

I just wanted to thank everyone for commenting with solutions on my last post about my borked zombies. I *sort of* found a solution. It seems as though my computer randomly uninstalling M&G screwed up the data. Replacing my defaults and replacing the sims via sim surgery appeared to do the trick for now.

I really ought to be doing coursework (papers + exam tomorrow, hooray!) but I thought I'd through this out there in case someone happens to know the answer.

I'm not going to lie, cc for TS3 just baffles me for some odd reason and it seems to be more confusing everytime I reinstall the game. However, I do think there are more programs out now for the game than there were the last time I played.

I downloaded some content a week or so back--mostly SimsStore stuff and some other pieces. And with all the new pretties, my game is as laggy as fuck. There was an odd lag before when I commanded a sim to shower or go to bed or something like that--she'd stand and do nothing for roughly 30 sim minutes before initiating the task. But now, the lag in CAS is unbearable--completing two sims took 8 hours Saturday, mainly due to the fact that clicking between categories makes the game pause. It had to catch up to what I chosen before I could continue. Gameplay was also pretty nasty as well.

So my question is, is there a program like the compressionizer that can help with game lag? Additionally, my sims are in Starlight Shores, and I saw some posts on tumblr about that. I briefly looked them over, but does anyone know for certain if SS is just really laggy in general?

So the lovely Lina created some lovely pants for me! I realized that almost all of my man!sims have skinny jeans. I have no problem with this, but it looks like the entire hood is populated by one brand. So, I asked for baggier jeans + creepers and these are simply amazing. :3

Mesh Help, please?

I am working on these nightgowns and I have a bit of an issue. I added the legs from the afbodynaked mesh because the original legs looked too thin to me. But now I run into an issue of the mesh bleeding on a new leg. Is there a way to fix this?

Jacci over at GOS recommended a look at the uv maps, and I did and I'm just not seeing anything. Here is how the texture map looks in Milkshape.
If anyone has more knowledge in this area than I do and would be willing to have a look at the files, I have uploaded the files I am working with and the texture files. I would appreciate any help on this! Thanks. :)

Just wanted to make a quick post to say that I am likely going to be less absent around here. School has started again and my classes go well past 6 pm almost everyday; I can barely stay awake to read and do work when I get home.

I will continue working on Naterbee's request on GOS because I said I'd do it, even though she has not responded to my post yet. Milansauruss has also requested skinny jeans with Senate's new boots, but it may be a while before I can get to those, sorry! I also need to work on the Goosebuster's, so I'm not making Liz wait for too long. :(

So I may be around, but it may possibly be in lurk mode. Or I may be around all the time and this post is just redundant, you never know. ;) I just wanted to give a head's up that, after reading all my syllabi, I am not going to have much a social life until May. Not that I really had one, but damn they had fun with their classes and content! D:

So so sorry to keep on spamming up your lists, but this is it for the night! I have made some updates to my Advent post:
Pictures of Hang With Me Added to post & download;
Shorter filenames of Time Flies + added preview pics in download;
Smoother skintones in In the Mourning

It was brought to my attention that some of the files of Time Flies couldn't be extracted because they were too long; they are now shorter to hopefully fix that issue! Nothing except the files names were changed. Sorry!

I realized I forgot a preview picture of Hang With Me pt. 5 completely; there is now a picture for that painting set. I also just added preview pictures of all 6 sets instead of a nice wall of text--hopefully it's easier to understand now.

Finally! I redid my freckled skins while I was in photoshop anyways. Shades 6 - 16 have been redone to be more smoother and less pixelated. Hooray! :)

Pretty much everything I just said is in my Advent post, so head over there if you want the pictures and details. :)

Or, updated skins, updated paintings, updated af outfits.
